By accessing or using Wovon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Description of Service

Wovon is a virtual try-on platform that allows users to visualize how clothing items would look on them using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes:

• Uploading and storing personal photos for virtual try-on purposes
• Creating a wardrobe collection of clothing items
• Generating AI-powered virtual try-on images
• Managing and organizing saved outfits

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You may register using:

• Email and password
• Phone number with OTP verification

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Account Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

4. User Content and Photos

4.1 Photo Uploads

When you upload photos to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to upload the photos
• The photos do not violate any third-party rights
• The photos comply with our content guidelines
• You are the person depicted in any personal try-on photos

4.2 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains nudity, sexual content, or inappropriate material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Depicts minors in any manner

4.3 License to Use Content

By uploading content, you grant Wovon a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

5. Usage Limits and Credits

5.1 Storage Limits

Free accounts are subject to the following limits:

• Maximum 100MB total storage for all uploaded files
• Maximum 5 personal try-on photos
• Maximum 100 wardrobe collection items

5.2 Try-On Credits

Virtual try-on generation requires credits:

• New users receive 5 promotional credits (1-month expiration)
• Each try-on generation costs 1 credit
• Additional credits can be purchased or earned through subscriptions

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Resell or redistribute generated images commercially
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Wovon and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Generated Images

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. Generated try-on images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a separate license agreement.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of AI-generated results
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Permanent storage of your content

9.2 AI Accuracy

Virtual try-on results are generated by AI and may not perfectly represent how clothing would actually look. Results should be considered approximations for visualization purposes only.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wovon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Service

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, typically within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wovon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
